  • For travelers, the objective is to quickly find the desired transport service, not to miss a connection or, worse, to be in a wrong destination…
  • For carriers, the priority is to be on time and ensure the pick-up or drop-off of passengers in good conditions of comfort and safety.
  • For the transfer hub management, it is also necessary to ensure the good circulation of vehicles within the transfer hubs, taking into account the vehicles dimensions and those of platforms, to manage the waiting times, the possible delays of certain operators or the unexpected additional vehicles….

Real time optimization of the transfer hub

The management tool of the transfer pole manages all the displays (BIV, screens, panels) and sound points of the hubs to communicate the next departures/arrivals and the allocation of the platforms.

  • The theoretical or realtime information is communicated according to the schedule of arrivals / departures.
  • The disseminating content is adapted to the dissemination format: conductive panels, general departure panels, dock panels….
  • The “sound information” is managed by a “Text to speech” function

Optyhub works in static mode and in dynamic mode

  • In static mode:  the tool applies the theoretical planning of the movements, with the possibility for the manager to regulate on the fly.
  • In dynamic mode: the system optimizes only the movements on the hub, the update of the planning, the information of drivers and travelers, according to the arrivals of vehicles. The presence of the vehicles is detected at the entrance of the transfer hub and/or platforms by the voluntary identification of the driver (RFID badges, access codes…) or by automatic detection (sensors in the pavement or geolocation of vehicles system) according to the network equipment. Of course the administrator retains the possibility of manual modifications

Traceability of the activity of the transfer hubs.

The back office features allow an exhaustive view of the activity of the station, in a historical and re-game mode. This data can be used for the purpose of optimizing the operation or invoicing of the carriers users of the terminal.
